Compulsory Purchase Orders

Dorset Council is about to submit a compulsory purchase order to the Secretary of State for the following empty houses:

• 26 East Street, Blandford Forum

If the orders are confirmed, it will authorise Dorset Council to purchase compulsorily that land for the purpose of facilitating its improvement.

Dorset Council has confirmed a Compulsory Purchase Order to the Secretary of State for the following empty properties:

• 12 Princess Road, Bridport 
• 19 Southview Road, Weymouth

This authorises Dorset Council to purchase compulsorily that land for the purpose of facilitating its improvement.
