The pub was previously owned by a large Dorset brewery back in 1777 but is now in the private ownership of the farm just over the road. Recently refurbished, it creates the perfect blend of traditional country inn with contemporary classic hotel. They use local, seasonal and fresh food with a passion for 'farm to fork', with as much meat and eggs used from the farm just metres away.
