Hatha Yoga

A gentle slow flow, Hatha Yoga focuses on Yoga poses, breathing and ending with a short meditation. Focusing on strength, flexibility and rebalancing your energy levels. Excellent for reducing both physical and mental tension from the body.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic flow of poses that build heat within the body to detox and clear the mind. Each week we will focus on a different part of the body/chakra system. Examples includes Hips, Core, Forward folds. Finishes with a short chakra based Meditation.
